I have just been having the worst leg cramps and it is not at any real specific tim eof day. And sometimes it will not be because I was walking or sitting too much. It is just very painful though. Although, when I do drink plenty of water I feel much better. I have to go to the bathroom quite a bit more but if you do not stay hydrated while you are pregnant you make your pregnancy symptoms I think just so much worse then athey already are! So drink your water and always have a bottle with you!
