Exercising during pregnancy is so beneficial. I tried to exercise but I was just so tired and didn’t do it as often as I really wanted to . But there are many benefits like reduced weight gain, and you reduce your chances of getting gestational diabetes and hypertension. Not ot mention that it may improve your mood and help you sleep better at night…very hard to do when you are pregnant. Also it may reduce your chance of surgery and even reduce your labor time.
