In my opinion I don’t think anyone other than a doctor should mess around with baby ear wax. I just leave it along. I wipe my babys ears with a warm washcoloth but I never ever would put anything inside like a Q-tip or anything like that. A baby moves arount too much and you could hurt their inner ear. Besides earway is a natural way to help keep the germs and other things out of that inner ear.
