I was on the phone with Verizon for 2 1/2 hours today. I finally said I don’t want their service for DSL anymore and then they were all of a sudden very nice and accomidating. I should have done that to begin with. I had no DSL service for like 3 weeks and they emailed me about some billing problem – which doesn’t make any sense because I pay by check at least 20 days before the bill is ever do and then they suspended my account because I didn’t reply…how can I reply if I have no service. I hate Verizon.
