The more healthy foods that you eat while you are pregnant then the better accustomed your baby will become to those foods. So eat up that broccoli because your baby is getting a little taste of it already! I wish I would have had more – and I actually had lot but it made me feel really terrible when I would have it. We recently wrote an article on eating disorders in pregnancy at Brain Blogger. When someone mentions an eating disorder, a picture of an adolescent girl, an over-achiever, a perfectionist might pop into mind. This isn’t a completely inaccurate assumption either; mostly women have eating disorders. But what happens when these girls become pregnant? What happens to their babies?
