When it comes to weight loss the key is to find what works best for you and those weight loss pills may just help you out or they may not. We are all different so what works great for my sister may not work that great for me. But healthy eating and exercise never can hurt that is for sure! And I think that losing weight gradually is the best way to do so. And if you are pregnant then do not even consider losing weight because it is unhealthy and after you have that baby if you are nursing then don’t try to lose weight either because you need that little extra to provide for your baby’s needs. And remember it takes 9 months in my opinion to really lose your baby weight in a safe way. Always consult your doctor too when you are thinking of trying the diet pills.
