So I called Sears Portrait Studio at 1-314-613-6888 to talk to customer service….what are they all on vacation today??? No one answered the phone and I called like 4 times. What kind of customer service are they running. I have not got to get my pictures done in a year because the last time I went they were absolutely horrible. The “photographers” were horrible and just plain stupid. And it took 3 hours! Because they had to do all this stupid stuff to the pictures like collage, black and white, color enhanced…don’t bother with that crap! And I wanted one of the 3 of us at the time and they only took 2 picture of what I wanted and then seperates of the kids…what a waste of time! Take as many pictures as you have to but do them of all of us because that is what I came in for!! Filed under: Entertainment/Scrapbooking ![]() Comments:

Thank Goodness for this article. I have had similar bad experiences recently. I seriously think some training is necessary for these guys otherwise customers will simply get frustrated and go elsewhere.

Use to work for sears portrait studios. Worst job i ever had. The reason they take photos you do not ask for is because we are forced to do so or get fired.. Same goes for all the enhancements of black and white sepia and collage work. We were actually not even supposed to show the customers the basic photos untill last in hopes they would buy the enhanced photos..Anyway, was a horrible job.Training was extremely lacking.
