When you are breastfeeding you may not start and have a regular cycle. You may even get false periods where you experience the cramping and bloating and all the other lovely symptoms but you are not having your period. However remember that you can ovulate even before you start your period on a regular basis again and it may be sporatic for the first few times. You can get pregnant when you are breastfeeding!!
