The Great American Seafood Cook Off is back and better than ever! I love to attend cook offs. I was in a baking cook off that was a local even a few years back and it was just so much fun! Domestic seafood is just so delicious too especially this time of the year – you can get it local and fresh. There is nothing like a clam bake with home made fish dishes, chowder and clams – that is sometimes the best part of the summertime months..the seafood!
