So I went to Sears today and I know exactly what I was looking for and all about the product. So I brought my kids and went to the store to wait and wait and wait…apparently I wasn’t worthy enough or something to wait on. I finally get someone that barely speaks English..very frustrating start. The guy was incompetent and didn’t know his way around or anything that he was talking about. So I said forget it and I just left. I would rather drive elsewhere to talk to someone that could actually sell me the thing!
