Personally, I think I like Desitin best out of all the diaper rash creams that are out there today – I have tried 3 or 4 but Desitin has always seemed to really do the trick with my babies. Here is something to remember though. Do not use creams that have methyl salicylate, benzoin tincture, camphor or boric acid in them – they could be harmful to your baby. Try to stick with things that have zinc oxide like Desitin or petroleum jelly.
