So, I had to refill a prescription and I was on hold with CVS for 10 minutes. So I call back to the regular store asking if anyone was even at the pharmacy…and no one was. They opened apparently at 9 but it is no 10:30 and still no one is there. Some one should at least be back there taking calls…I hate CVS. I usually go to Brooks but I didn’t. And for some reason it is more expensive compared to other pharmacies…shouldn’t they all be the same?
