I love to have different hobbies. I was into cross-stitching for a while. And then I got into painting for a year or so. And then I decided to be even more created…and messy! I tried pottery and I was horrible at it but it was a lot of fun. And I have to say that I am getting better. I just got some things for my daughter to try her luck at pottery. There are so many products out there though and it can be so overwhelming especially if you are like me and are an amateur and perhaps do not all that much about slump molds and majolica glazes. AMACO/Brent is a great site that has a great selection of pottery supply. They have competative prices and the site is very user friendly. And they also have a great section for kids and crafts. It is a great way to spend that quality time with your daughter or son of many ages. They have a lot of very unique ideas to try as well and the products that you can get there to help create it. I do not have a kiln but I do have that pottery wheel and I have made a few very…interesting pieces that I probably will not want to display just yet
