I have such an incredible dry mouth - especially at night and it is to the point that I am beginning to worry about my teeth because my mouth is so dry at night. I am breastfeeding quite a bit lately with my new baby but I have never had such a dry mouth with my other children. Has anyone else had this problem? Filed under: Breastfeeding Comments: None |

When you are breastfeeding you may not always start your period but you will have the same annoying feelings like you are. So you may be ovulating which is why you can still get pregnant. You may have what they call phantom cramps. You get hte bloating and carmpy feeling in your lower abdomin but you do not start your period. It can be annoying and at first I thought something was wrong with me because I had a c-section 7 months ago and sometimes you can have complications up to a year after a c-section. After this last c-section I will never be the same. Filed under: Breastfeeding and Family Health Comments: None |

When you are breastfeeding you may not start and have a regular cycle. You may even get false periods where you experience the cramping and bloating and all the other lovely symptoms but you are not having your period. However remember that you can ovulate even before you start your period on a regular basis again and it may be sporatic for the first few times. You can get pregnant when you are breastfeeding!!
