Posted on 09.07.09 by The Mommy Blogger @

I don’t know about you but waiting for that bus at the end of the day is rather stressful. the bus is usually never at the same time and it is not 2 minutes off … it is sometimes up to 10 minutes. So if you have some place to go … it can really mess up your plans. Or if it is raining or cold outside it can really be a pain that is for sure. And then is the constant worry of whehter your kids is going to remember to get on the bus!!

Teachers
Posted on 03.15.09 by The Mommy Blogger @

Some teachers are just the worst. I think it is horrible that teachers have to take those stupid teacher tests. We are losing so many great teachers that are great with kids because they can not take a standardized test to absolutely horrible teachers that can pass the stupid and pointless test. My daughters teacher sucks! She is the worst. They make teachers jump through hoops and all the smart teachers that would be good get out of the profession as fast as they can and then you are stuck with the losers that can take a test … great.

Math Tutor
Posted on 01.27.09 by The Mommy Blogger @

When I was in Junior high I had a Math Tutor and it made the world of a difference. I just could not get the concept of Algebra and the teacher I had just did not help me at all! Nice huh! So I had to get a tutor and I went from a D in the first semester to an A- in the second semester. I knew what I was doing and it felt so good to not struggle anymore. I had the tutor year round but for Algebra 2 I didn’t need one – I somehow got the concepts but it was because I had that one on one instruction of someone that knew what they were doing and new how to teach it to someone that had no idea what they were doing!

ClubZ is a tutoring service and is actually the worlds largest one on one tutoring service. They have helped over 100,000 students and counting raise test scores, better their grades and just give them that academic self confidence that a child needs. If you are a parent that has a student that is struggling then this is something that you are definately going to want to look into. You child will thank you … I know I was so glad I had a tutor!
