I am a huge fan of Kmart...you really can find pretty much anything there. I am a very frugal person…but I don’t like wasting my money on junk. If it is not going to last I will not get it even if it does appear to be at that you can not pass up price. I will and have passed it up because in the long run it is just a waste of money. But Kmart had many items that are so great especially around the holidays. They have incredible holiday decor for your home…and I just love to get my place all decked up for the holidays!

And they have stuff for everything in the family…the LeapFrog learning games for $24.99 for the kids to the Craftsman toolbox for him at $19.99 and I just love the Martha Stewart stuff! You can search and shop right online and they have great savings now. I love their gifts under $25 and they have over 25,000 gifts in their Kmart Collection! Value and savings…that is what I am looking for and that is what you can find. For over 100 years people have shopped at Kmart…so they must be doing something right!

Sears Wish Registry

When ever I see things like free shipping…I am interested. That is usually the only thing that is a downfall when you shop online…the high shipping costs. But if it is free then that is just perfect. You save on the gas money, save on the travel time, and you have none of the frustration of standing in lines and fighting the crowds. And this time of year it is not hard to spend more than $49 that is for sure I am personally a fan of theSears Heroes at Home Wish Registry. I think this is just a great idea coming from a military family. It is really hard for the military families this time of year…been there and done that and I remember it well and remember how hard it was without my husband for basically 2 years. This program helps support the military families, military service members as well as veterans through the holidays. The times are rough…but we have to remember those that are in need and any little bit can help. Sure you may not be able to give as much as in the past but if we all gave just a little…it can really add up quick!

Baby Gifts

Christmas time is here again…I just can not believe it! There is just so much to do and so much to get. But I think the funnest gifts to get are the kids and the Baby Gifts. They are just so fun to get things for and the very young babies don’t know or care what they are getting…so it is more for use I have so many babies to get gifts for too because my cousins and 3 of my friends had babies this year. It was definately a year for babies in my family. It comes in waves…first the marriages and then babies…and those are very pricey years Unless you know where to shop that is. And I am one to shop online…more discounts and better prices as well as selection.

Weddings and Babies

I just love looking at womans and mens wedding rings. Even though I have mine already…I never really liked mine…don’t tell my husband I have been looking at them ever since my sister got married and got hers. She has a beautiful wedding ring that I just love…it has the diamonds all around the band. I went to many stores and did not see anything like that. But if you go online…wow! There is just such a selection and I have bought jewelry online before and it was beautiful so if you go to sites that are reputable then you will get nice stuff. I also like to get baby clothes online. I am not one for clothes shopping so if I can get it online then I do so. Why should I go out and waste my gas money when I can get it online. And I don’t know about you…but this time of year is just horrible for packing up the kids…you have the coats and gloves and hates and car seats….I much prefer to just turn on the computer!

Practical Christmas

When you are shopping this christmas…do you get things that people need or things that people would like to get but no necessarily need? I am the type of person that likes to get things for people that they need. I know…it may not be the most exciting of gifts but it is practical and I think that we all need to be a little practical this year when it comes to gifts. I think the best gift would be to get someone those tactical pants that they need for their job so that they will not have to get it. Getting clothing is really a great gift in my opinion…especially things you need!
