Super Household Tips For Moms!!

The Miracle Gift
Posted on 11.30.08 by The Mommy Blogger @

When I was pregnant I read up a lot on stem cells and the research that is being done. I was very impressed and had wished I had done this for my other children but was not going to let this opportunity go by with my last child. But now you do not even have to have a baby to collect and store these stem cells. C’elle is the perfect solution for women who are not pregnant because the stem cells are collected from the menstrual fluid. And these stem cells that are found in this and cord blood have been known to treat over 75 diseases. I really wish that they would study this more because I think the possibilities are endless….its all About the Science. Imagine being able to help that loved one that just had a stroke regain their movement again because of your life saving stem cells! And right now they have great offers going on.

This may also replace cosmetic procedures as well like botox. You can call for more information at 1-800-STOR-CELL or you can check out their website at www.cryo-cell.com

My cousin has a step son that when he was 3 was in a terrible accident and had a stroke as well, He has not been able to walk and move one of his arms as well as talk. I think this would be something I would try if I was his mom!

Sticky Buns
Posted on 11.29.08 by The Mommy Blogger @

So I am going to be making my famous sticky buns for no reason…just because they are sooooo good. It is just so easy to make…just cinnamon and brown sugar and buttermilk buscuits. It costs all of $4 to make the whole thing and everyone just really loves it. The kids really love it which is great because they don’t like turkey…and that is what we are having AGAIN tonight :)

Kmart Savings
Posted on 11.29.08 by The Mommy Blogger @

I am a huge fan of Kmart...you really can find pretty much anything there. I am a very frugal person…but I don’t like wasting my money on junk. If it is not going to last I will not get it even if it does appear to be at that you can not pass up price. I will and have passed it up because in the long run it is just a waste of money. But Kmart had many items that are so great especially around the holidays. They have incredible holiday decor for your home…and I just love to get my place all decked up for the holidays!

And they have stuff for everything in the family…the LeapFrog learning games for $24.99 for the kids to the Craftsman toolbox for him at $19.99 and I just love the Martha Stewart stuff! You can search and shop right online and they have great savings now. I love their gifts under $25 and they have over 25,000 gifts in their Kmart Collection! Value and savings…that is what I am looking for and that is what you can find. For over 100 years people have shopped at Kmart…so they must be doing something right!

Getting the Christmas Tree
Posted on 11.29.08 by The Mommy Blogger @

What an absolutely beautiful day to go out and pick your Christmas tree. Every year we go with my inlaws to pick out their tree but this year the place that we usually go to are not tagging the trees so that means that we can not really go this early because it will not really last through to the end of December. I think that they will lose a little bit of business because of this though.

Sears Wish Registry
Posted on 11.29.08 by The Mommy Blogger @

When ever I see things like free shipping…I am interested. That is usually the only thing that is a downfall when you shop online…the high shipping costs. But if it is free then that is just perfect. You save on the gas money, save on the travel time, and you have none of the frustration of standing in lines and fighting the crowds. And this time of year it is not hard to spend more than $49 that is for sure :) I am personally a fan of theSears Heroes at Home Wish Registry. I think this is just a great idea coming from a military family. It is really hard for the military families this time of year…been there and done that and I remember it well and remember how hard it was without my husband for basically 2 years. This program helps support the military families, military service members as well as veterans through the holidays. The times are rough…but we have to remember those that are in need and any little bit can help. Sure you may not be able to give as much as in the past but if we all gave just a little…it can really add up quick!
